Aliments Merci does not guarantee the availability of the products offered. If we are unable to deliver one or more products ordered due to a stock shortage, the customer will be notified of this fact by email with the following options:<\/p>\n

– Method of payment<\/p>\n

Aliments Merci reserves the right to verify, with the institutions entitled to provide this information, the validity of any credit card that could potentially be fraudulent before approving a transaction and shipping an order. If the card creates a doubt as to its validity, Aliments Merci can refuse to proceed with the transaction. It is the same with the other methods of payment.<\/p>\n

RETURN POLICY<\/p>\n

It is possible to return your merchandise within 30 days following the date of receipt of your order. Products must be intact and in their original packaging. For a damaged item or an error in the order, you have 5 days following the reception of the merchandise to communicate with our customer service by email or by phone at 514-955-7295 ext. 228 from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.<\/p>\n
